กิจกรรมการประกวดคําขวัญ

เชิญชวนส่งคําขวัญเข้าประกวดในโอกาสที่ไทยร่วมเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดงาน GSSD Expo 2022 ภายใต้หัวข้อ  “Advancing South-South and Triangular Cooperation for Sustainable COVID-19 Recovery: Towards a Smart and Resilient Future

เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือใต้-ใต้และไตรภาคี ในการฟื้นฟูการพัฒนา
ที่ยั่งยืนจากผลกระทบของสถานการณ์ COVID-19 และเผยแพร่ความร่วมมือ เพื่อการพัฒนาตามหลักปรัชญาของ เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง”

คุณสมบัติผู้เข้าประกวด

ประชาชนที่มีสัญชาติไทย อายุตั้งแต่ ๑๓ ปีขึ้นไป ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยม / ปวส/ ปวช. นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย ประชาชนทั่วไป

หลักเกณฑ์การประกวด

  1. ประชาชนที่มีสัญชาติไทย อายุตั้งแต่ ๑๓ ปีขึ้นไป ได้แก่ นักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยม / ปวส/ ปวช. นักศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัย ประชาชนทั่วไป
  2. ผลงานต้องไม่เคยได้รับรางวัลการประกวดใด ๆ มาก่อน
  3. ต้องไม่ขัดต่อศีลธรรมอันดีงาม และไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อผู้อื่น
  4. สามารถส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดคนละไม่เกิน 9 คําขวัญ พร้อมระบุชื่อ-นามสกุล ที่อยู่ หมายเลข โทรศัพท์ และไปรษณีย์ อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-mail) ที่สามารถติดต่อได้
  5. คณะผู้จัดการประกวดสงวนสิทธิ์ที่จะไม่รับพิจารณาปรับผลงานแข่งขันที่ขัดต่อเงื่อนไข/หลักเกณฑ์ ที่กําหนด
  6. ผู้เข้าแข่งขันที่อายุต่ํากว่า ๑๘ ปี ถือว่าได้รับการยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองแล้ว
  7. ทุกผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวด ถือเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ร่วมของกรมความร่วมระหว่างประเทศ กระทรวงการ ต่างประเทศ และ ผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน โดยกรมความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศ มีสิทธิ์ที่จะใช้และเผยแพร่ รวมทั้งให้เจ้าภาพร่วมและผู้ที่ เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดงาน GSSD Expo ภายใต้การกํากับดูแลของ กรมความร่วมมือระหว่าง ประเทศ ใช้เผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์ และอื่น ๆ ตามขอบข่ายนิทรรศการออนไลน์ของไทย การ จัดงาน GSSD Expo และที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยไม่ต้องขออนุญาตผู้สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน

เกณฑ์การตัดสิน ( 200 คะแนน)

  1. มีเนื้อหาอยู่ภายใต้ขอบข่าย/หัวข้อที่กําหนด (ตามข้อ กิจกรรมการประกวดคําขวัญ) (๒๐ คะแนน)
  2. มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ (๒๐ คะแนน)
  3. ความงดงามของภาษา (๒๐ คะแนน)
  4. มีจํานวนคําไม่เกิน 40 คํา (๒๐ คะแนน)
  5. องค์ประกอบอื่น ๆ อาทิ ความเรียบร้อย การสะกดคํา การใช้ภาษาไทยถูกต้อง โดยอาจมีภาษาอังกฤษประกอบ ได้ที่ชัดเจน เหมาะสม ฯลฯ (๒๐ คะแนน)

รางวัลการประกวดคำขวัญ

รางวัลชนะเลิศ รางวัลละ 60,000 บาท

รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับหนึ่ง 5 รางวัล รางวัลละ 60,000 บาท

รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับสอง ๒ รางวัล รางวัลละ ๒,000 บาท

รางวัลชมเชย ๒ รางวัล รางวัลละ ๕๐๐ บาท

กำหนดการ

  1. เปิดลงทะเบียนและอัพโหลดคําขวัญ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 มกราคม – ๒๘ กุมภาพันธ์ ๒๕๒๕
  2. คณะกรรมการคัดเลือกคําขวัญ ๕๐ อันดับแรก ช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ ) – ๒ ของเดือนมีนาคม ๒๕๖๕
  3. ประกาศผู้ชนะการประกวดคําขวัญ ในวันเปิดตัว Thailand Virtual Exhibition ช่วงปลายเดือน มีนาคม ๒๕๖๕

***การส่งคําขวัญเข้าแข่งขัน ให้ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันได้ยอมรับหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขที่ระบุไว้แล้ว***

We invite you to share your view/ vision through submitting your slogan reflecting the theme of GSSD Expo 2022 “Advancing South-South and Triangular Cooperation for Sustainable COVID-19 Recovery: Towards a Smart and Resilient Future”.

We invite you to share your view/ vision through submitting your s logan reflecting the theme of GSSD Expo 2022 “Advancing South-South and Triangular Cooperation for Sustainable COVID-19 Recovery: Towards a Smart and Resilient Future”.

Eligibility Criteria

Contestants must be Thai nationals and 13 years of age or above (secondary, vocational, university students, and general public)

Contest Guidelines

  1. The submitted slogan must be an original idea, created by the contestant and non-plagiarized. It must not exceed 40 words.
  2. The slogan must not have received any previous awards
  3. The slogan must not infringe upon good morals, third party rights and any copyright 2.4 Each contestant can submit only ONE slogan entry and must provide personal information and own contact details i.e., name and surname, age, current address, phone number and e-mail address. 2.5 Slogan entries that do not follow the terms and conditions will be disqualified. 2.6 All slogan entries will become the joint property of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA) of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and contestants. TICA, together with its partners, reserves the right to use and disseminate the slogan entries without prior permission from contestants.

Score Criteria (100 marks)

  1. Relevance to Thailand’s co-hosting of the Global South-South Development Expo 2022 under the theme of “Advancing South-South and Triangular Cooperation for Sustainable COVID-19 Recovery: Towards a Smart and Resilient Future”. (20 marks)
  2. Originality and creativity (20 marks)
  3. Language eloquence (20 marks)
  4. Length of slogan up to 40 words (20 marks)
  5. Other criteria: spelling, Thai language usage, clarity etc. (20 marks)

Prizes

Winner 20,000 Baht

One prize for 1st runner-up 10,000 Baht

Two prizes for 2nd runners-up 2,000 Baht/each

Two complimentary prizes 500 Baht/each

Contest Schedule

  1. Registration and Upload of slogan entries 10 January – 28 February 2022
  2. Selection of the top 50 entries First and second week of March 2022.
  3. Announcement of winning slogan entries (6 prizes) Last week of March 2022 during The Launch of Thailand Virtual Exhibition
